Tottenham Betting Info

Tottenham Hotspur have emerged from perennial mid-table finishers to become genuine top-four challengers in the past couple of years. Under the stewardship of Harry Redknapp Spurs achieved a top-four finish, and subsequent entry into the Champions League, in the 2009-2010 season. The club exceeded Champions League betting expectations by reaching the quarter finals of the tournament before being eliminated by European powerhouses Real Madrid.

Tottenham betting now largely revolves around whether they can achieve a top-four finish and how they will fare in domestic cup competitions. Spurs have won the FA Cup eight times in their history and the league Cup four times, most recently in 2008. The Lilywhites have been crowned English football champions twice in both 1951 and 1961.

Mauricio Pochettino had the club firmly in the title race up until the latter stages of the 2015-16 season, although it seems unlikely that Spurs will be able to establish themselves as regular title contenders. However they are well worth considering for a top four bet and also as a side with genuine ambitions in the domestic cup competitions.
